One of my better buys... December 18, 2008
I bought this ring both for its unusual design and because I love silver and amber jewelry. I can honestly say that I've worn it every day since I purchased it and am completely satisfied.
The green and gold amber are beautifully flecked with small flaws that create visual interest and the "stones" themselves have proven scratch- and chip-resistant. I use my hands quite a bit, knocking them about or rubbing up against various surfaces, and I've not had a single incident mar them.
The setting and band are fairly tough and while not scratch-proof (it *is* silver), any small marks you might accumulate just add to the look of the ring. At first I worried that I'd bend the band by accident since it is seemingly thin and delicate, but it has been months and it's not changed its shape a bit.
If you like jewelry that isn't a cookie-cutter gemstone ring that everyone would wear, I think you would appreciate this piece.

This ring is very nice and out of the ordinary. Two tears of green and dark yellow amber over sterling silver are eye-catching, without being pompous. I recommend it!
