This cross and chain is much more flimsy and light weight than I expected. Not at all appropriate for the teen boy I had ordered it for. The Celtic design is beautiful and it would make a nice gift for a girl.

It looks pretty much as pictured from the front but the back is sort of hollowed out. I was afraid at first that this would make it flimsy but it's actually relatively sturdy for the size and weight. The chain is very delicate, wouldn't want to forget and fall asleep with it on. It's pretty and it got here fairly quickly. The main reason I wouldn't buy it again is I changed my mind about the design itself but that is no fault of the makers or the piece - it's pretty and nice enough for a present.
