Album Description Celtic Thunder Act Two, the companion to Celtic Thunder (which sold over 150,00 CDs and DVDs combined) musically completes the collection of songs that have been included in one of the most successful PBS programs ever. Celtic Thunder Two includes an eclectic mix of songs ranging from the Moody Blues classic Nights In White Satin, Paul McCartney's Mull Of Kintyre to the classic Danny Boy. The ensemble numbers on Celtic Thunder Two reflect the power of the vocalists, who range in age from 14 to 40, and feature songs that celebrate a common Celtic heritage.

Not exactly what I was expecting July 27, 2010 -B- EDIT: orginally rated this as four stars, but I've been listening to more over the past few weeks and it's really, really grown on me!!! Definitely one of my favorite music groups for life. =]
I came across their song Heartland by accident and I fell in love. I listened to a few of their music samples on here and decided to buy this CD, thinking that their other songs would be just as intense.
All of the singers have beautiful voices (especially Damian! ahh!), but the majority of the songs were pretty cheesy. I really enjoyed the different combinations of voices and tones, so it's safe to say that I won't hesitate to buy their other CDs.
Hard to chose a favorite so I'll say...Young Love, Castles in the Air, and Christmas in 1915 are my top three. I like Raggle Taggle Gypsy a lot but the vocals are only for a minute and then they go into a drumming competition (which is cool but I'd rather hear them beautiful boys =P)
Celtic Thunder March 15, 2010 hockeymom (new york) I have enjoyed this cd very much..Also enjoyed Celtic Thunder Act 2...which I bought at the sme time
The Thunder Rolls On March 8, 2010 Feehan Fan (Battle Creek, MI) I would never have believed it but Act Two is as good as the first CD if not better. These five guys are simply amazing. I have every DVD and CD that they have produced thus far and I just can't stop listening to and watching them. Sharon Browne has put together the most fantastic sound that Ireland has to offer and given it as a gift to America. The sound is Celtic with selections like Mull of Kintyre and Danny Boy but it it also a hint of popular fare with Ride On and Nights In white Satin. Musical Director and composor adds flair and style to the mix with originals such as Heartland and Raggle Taggle Gypsy. The individual songs and the group songs will bring a tear to your eye and a smile to your face. You won't be able to get enough of thses guys.
Excellence par Celtic Music. January 9, 2010 Dane Kaley (Fort Worth, Texas) Truyly a great musical group and the album is worth the great price and the Celtic music is down home.
Act Two January 2, 2010 Neal A. Mccarthy (Dover, New Jersey USA) The second CD by "Celtic Thunder" is a must have. May the guy's have many many years of success.
